Magnat Monitor S14 C Center Channel Speaker, Black, Single

EVERY WORD IN ITS PLACE

THE VOICE OF YOUR HOME CINEMA

The centre channel carries most of the dialogue in every film, which makes it the hardest working speaker in the system. The Monitor S14 C is built specifically for that role. Speech stays clear and locked to the screen even when effects and music fill everything around it.

LARGE FORMAT CENTRE DESIGN

The S14 C is the bigger of the two Monitor S centre speakers, with more cone area and more output in reserve. That extra headroom keeps dialogue effortless during loud action sequences. It is the natural partner for the S80 ATM and S70 floorstanders.

RING RADIATOR TWEETER DOME

The ring radiator tweeter has a larger effective membrane surface than a conventional dome. It produces more energy around the crossover point between midrange and treble, exactly where consonants live. Speech gains intelligibility without becoming sharp or sibilant.

FE-DYNAMICS DRIVER TECHNOLOGY

FE-Dynamics combines an optimised ferrite magnet system with non-magnetic, well-ventilated baskets and voice coil cooling. Thermal stability keeps the centre channel composed through a full-length film. Dialogue quality on the last reel matches the first.

LOW-PROFILE CABINET

The horizontal cabinet is shaped to sit neatly below or above a television without blocking the picture. A rigid enclosure keeps panel resonance out of the voice range at cinema levels. Placement is simple in almost any furniture arrangement.

PREMIUM GERMAN AUDIO

SEAMLESS FRONT STAGE

The S14 C shares its driver technology with the rest of the Monitor S range, so timbre stays identical across the front three channels. Sounds pan from left to centre to right without changing character. The soundstage becomes one continuous space rather than three sources.

OPTIMISED CROSSOVER

A carefully voiced crossover aligns the drivers in both frequency and phase. Each unit operates only where it performs best, which keeps the presentation focused and natural. Dialogue stays anchored to the picture instead of drifting off to the sides.

EASY TO DRIVE

Good sensitivity and a friendly impedance make the S14 C an undemanding load for any AV receiver. No separate power amplifier is required to reach reference levels. Efficiency is turned directly into clarity.

SOLID BUILD DISCREET LOOK

A rigid cabinet with clean lines and a removable fabric grille keeps the centre visually quiet. Available in black and walnut, it matches the rest of the Monitor S range exactly. The speaker blends into the furniture instead of competing with it.

AFFORDABLE HIGH PERFORMANCE

The Monitor S series brings genuine Magnat engineering within reach of every film lover. Development takes place in Germany with the same measurement discipline applied to the high-quality ranges. Dialogue clarity of this standard is rare at this price.
